Sklo Union; optical glass vase

Vintage glass vase from 1962. The vase was designed by Frantisek Vizner (1936-2011), who was a well-known Czech glassmaker and whose work is exhibited in major museums.

The vase is transparent and has alternating clear and matte trapezoidal reliefs. For this reason, it is also called the "Lens" or "Optical vase".
