Shipping
The delivery method depends on the product. The product page will always indicate whether the item is:
- available for pickup from the store
- deliverable by post or via RUF delivery
Detailed delivery terms and costs are provided before payment.
Store pickup
Many items can be collected from the RUF Second Hand store in Naantali.
- You will be notified when the item is ready for pickup
- Pickup is arranged separately unless collected during opening hours
- Pickup is free of charge
Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the product.
We aim to deliver items as quickly as possible. Any delays will be communicated separately.
RUF delivery
Larger furniture items can be delivered via RUF delivery by separate agreement.
- Delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis
- The price depends on the item and delivery location
Responsibility for delivery
The risk for the product transfers to the customer once it has been handed over to the carrier or to the customer.
RUF is responsible for any damage during transport until the item has been delivered to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Notice of cancellation must be given by email or other clear means before the deadline.
Return conditions
As the products are generally one-of-a-kind and pre-owned, their condition and any signs of use are described on the product pages. These are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be carefully packaged
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The customer is responsible for the item until it has been returned to the seller
The return address will be provided upon cancellation.
Liability for defects
If a product has a defect not described on the product page, the customer has rights under consumer protection law.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damage during transport
If the product is damaged during transport:
- contact us as soon as possible
- include photos of the damage
