Louis Poulsen, PH 5 pendant lamp

Poul Henningsen (1894-1967) designed the PH 5 lamp for the Danish Poulsen lighting factory in 1958 as a response to the constant change in the shape and size of incandescent lamps. The result was a lamp that could be used with any light source. Henningsen designed the lamp based on a three-shade system that ensured that the light was pleasant, soft and completely glare-free. This made the lamp an excellent fit for the dining room!

The functionality of the lamp has been checked by our electrician.
