    We will pick up and deliver your furniture for sale to your door at a pre-arranged time (for an additional fee).

    After this, we will handle the entire sales process for you: we will clean and inspect your products for quality and condition, photograph your furniture, and take care of storage.

    Then we will put your pre-loved product up for sale to find a new home, take care of the marketing, and handle the sales process for you, all the way to product delivery.

  • 3. EARN YOUR SALES PROFIT SHARE 💰

    We will credit your sales revenue share from the products you sell to your account. Your sales revenue is 60% of the selling price of your product.

1. What can I sell through Reuseful?

Reuseful accepts and collects high-quality,
good condition used furniture, carpets and lamps. Product types for sale include sofas, chairs & armchairs, tables, shelves, countertops and
storage solutions, rugs, lamps, and outdoor furniture.

Products accepted for sale
must be in good condition, intact and clean and therefore of high quality and
in saleable condition. We do not accept products for sale that have extensive damage,
such as defects in the furniture structure, significant dents, tears or
stubborn stains and discoloration.

In addition, the furniture must be of such a size that it can be carried by two people.

2. What kind of product is not suitable for sale on Reuseful?

We do not accept products with extensive damage for sale,
such as defects in the furniture structure, significant dents, tears or stubborn stains and discoloration or unpleasant odors.

We do not sell tableware or art. We also do not sell beds or bed frames, appliances, electronics or household goods.

3. What should I do if I want to sell used furniture and/or interior design products through Reuseful?

SEND A SALES AD

When you want to sell your furniture, carpets or lamps through Reuseful, fill out a short sales announcement for your products for sale on the Reuseful website, send us an email at asiakaspalvelut@reusefulsecondhand.fi or WhatsApp us at 040 353 0209.

In your sales announcement, describe the following aspects of the products you are selling:

FREE PRICE ESTIMATE

Once we have received your sales announcement, We ask you to send us pictures of the products you are selling. You can easily send the pictures to Reuseful's email address asiakaspalvelut@reusefulsecondhand.fi or via WhatsApp to: 040 353 0209.

We will send you a free price estimate for your products within two days of receiving your sales announcement.

4. How is the selling price of a product determined?

INDICATIVE PRICE ESTIMATES

Once we have received your sale announcement, we may ask you to send us pictures of the products you are selling in order to provide an approximate price estimate. You can easily send the pictures to Reuseful by email at asiakaspalvelut@reusefulsecondhand.fi or via WhatsApp to 040 353 0209.

SALE OFFER

Once Reuseful has received your products, we will inspect them for quality and condition before submitting a final sales offer. We will send a sales offer for your products to be sold to your email within two days of receiving your sales notification. The sales order will become effective once you have accepted our sales offer.

If there are products in the sales lot that we cannot accept for sale, these products will also be specified in your sales offer.

You have the full right to reject our offer or make a request for change, for example regarding the price of a product. If the offer is not accepted at all, we can return your sales item to you. Please note that we will charge a handling and storage fee of €9.90 for this, as well as any collection costs and delivery costs incurred by returning the product. Delivery will be made in the same way as pick-up, using Reuseful's own transport fleet or through our logistics partners. Alternatively, you can pick up the products rejected from the offer from our warehouse, in which case we will not charge you any delivery costs incurred by returning the product.

5. How is furniture/interior design products delivered to Reuseful?

PICKUP

Once we have received your sales announcement, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time for your products. We will pick up your products from you and carry and transport them to our warehouse (for an additional fee). We pick up furniture from the Southwest Finland and Uusimaa regions.

DELIVERY TO OUR WAREHOUSE

If you wish, you can also bring your products to the Reuseful showroom in Naantali free of charge at a separately agreed time at the address: Mannerheiminkatu 14, 21100 Naantali.

POSTING

If it is a smaller item, mailing against a delivery code is also possible. In this case, after receiving your sales notification, we will send you an email with a delivery code that you can use to deliver your product to Reuseful.

Packaging instructions for products:

-Pack your products neatly and tightly.

-You can use a durable bag or cardboard box to package the products. Protect the product well from possible bumps and knocks during transport.

-Please put your name inside the package.

-Close the package well and attach the Reuseful code you received to the package.

-Post your sales item to Reuseful using the delivery code you received from us.

6. What happens to my products during the sales process?

QUALITY AND CONDITION INSPECTION AND CLEANING

Once Reuseful has received your used furniture, carpets, and lamps for sale, we will clean and inspect your products individually for quality and condition.

PHOTOGRAPHY

After this, we will photograph your product for the online store launch and marketing. We will photograph the product carefully and accurately from multiple angles. We want the product images to be neat and beautiful. It is important that the product images are realistic and include, for example, possible dents, scratches, etc.

STORAGE

We take care of the storage of your product throughout the sales process.

SALES AND MARKETING

Reuseful takes care of effective marketing, sales and customer service for you. Reuseful is committed to selling your product in our online store for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed, starting from the moment the product is launched in the online store.

DELIVERY TO THE NEW OWNER

Once your product is sold, we will also take care of the delivery of your product to the new owner.

7. Settlement of sales revenue

SALES REVENUE

Once your product has found a new owner and the product has been sold, we will transfer your share of the sales proceeds to your account. For furniture, carpets and lighting , your share of the sales proceeds is 60% of the product's sales price. For successful sales, Reuseful receives its own commission, which is 40% of the product's sales price.

PICKUP, STORAGE AND HANDLING COSTS

If the product has collection costs, they will be deducted from your sales revenue when you make your payment. The same goes for the handling and storage costs, which are €9.90/sales item.

Your sales proceeds will be credited when the statutory 14-day return period has expired.

8. Unsold products

If for some reason your product remains unsold after the sales period has expired, we can agree together what to do with the unsold products. You will not be left unsold.

Example of a sales process

  • Salli wants to sell her sofa because she is moving. She easily announces her desire to sell by sending a WhatsApp message to Reuseful.

  • Salli will receive a free price estimate from her couch the same day. The price estimate is based on our expertise, the market situation, and the quality and condition of the product.

  • Salli wanted the sofa out of the way quickly, so she chose to have her sofa picked up the same week.

  • Reuseful will pick up, carry and transport Salli's sofa for sale to Reuseful's warehouse/showroom. The pick-up cost Salli €49. Easy: Salli doesn't have to worry about transport and carrying at all.

  • Reuseful will clean, quality and condition check, and photograph Salli's sofa. The sofa will be put up for sale as quickly as possible. Reuseful will take care of storing Salli's sofa throughout the sales process.

  • Reuseful handles all sales steps on behalf of Salli, from customer service to delivery of the product to its new owner.
    Salli can focus on other things while Reuseful takes care of everything for her!

  • Once the sofa is sold, Reuseful will transfer the proceeds to Salli. Salli's share of the proceeds is 60% of the sofa's sales price, excluding pickup, handling and storage costs. Reuseful will arrange for Salli to deliver the sofa to its new owner.

  • Reuseful only receives its sales commission once Salli's sofa has been sold. Our service only pays our customer upfront for any possible pickup costs.
